File #023 |  Clocked In

January 16, 20263 min read

Am I devoted enough to myself and the mission to stay with it?

I’ve shown up in coaching this week.
And for the first time in a while, I feel CLEARR.

Clear enough to remember.
Clear enough to decide.
Clear enough to start moving publicly again.

So I’m sharing something I’ve been holding quietly:

Clocked In: Road to 100

Helping 100 women
Making $100,000
Losing 100 lbs

Simple goals.
Not easy ones.

So yeah the real question isn’t can I do it.

TL;DR

I’m not chasing goals this year.
I’m rebuilding in the right order.

Before new results, I’m tending the temple.
Before expansion, I’m choosing devotion.
Before asking God for more, I’m stewarding what already holds His presence.

Clocked In isn’t about proving anything.
It’s about becoming steady enough to hold what’s coming.

The Moment That Changed Everything

On January 13, 2026, I taught a Bible study.

Holy Spirit led me to Haggai 1 & 2.

God confronted His people for building their own houses
while His temple lay neglected.

They wanted provision.
They wanted increase.
They wanted blessing.

And God said:

“Consider your ways.”

Before you ask for more...
how are you stewarding what already holds My presence?

That checked me.

Because I’ve asked God for expansion
while neglecting the very temple He dwells in.

My body.
My breath.
My daily obedience.
My attention.

What This Means for Clocked In

Clocked In is not about hustle.

It’s about order.

Before new promises…
before new houses…
before new outcomes…

The temple must be tended.

If you’re waiting on something new, ask yourself:

  • How am I caring for what God already lives in?

  • What needs to be put down from Egypt?

  • What habits don’t belong in the next season?

Egypt survival doesn’t cross into promised land building.

The Practice I’m Committing To This Year

One sentence.
Every day.

“God is with me in this.”

In movement.
In discipline.
In rest.
In decisions.
In discomfort.

Everyday...every moment.

This changes how we show up.
This changes how we build.

Why This Comes Before the Goals

Rebuilding the temple always comes before building the house.

Devotion before provision.
Stewardship before multiplication.
Intimacy before authority.

Clocked In is my commitment to rebuild in the right order.

Not asking God to bless what I build
but building in a way that honors where He dwells.

Activation | Devotion Shift

Baby Step (Today):
Ask yourself honestly:

“Where have I been waiting to feel ready instead of staying devoted?”

What am I rebuilding first?

What do I need to lay down?

What would change if I truly believed God is with me in everything?

Write it down. No fixing yet.

Quantum Leap (Identity-Level):
Say this aloud:

“I am the woman who stays.”

Then do one small action today that proves it.

Identity FIRST. Evidence follows.

Your CLEARR Message

  • Clarity: Name the mission you’re clocked into.

  • Legacy: Consistency is what future-you will thank you for.

  • Execution: Show up even when nothing confirms it yet.

  • Authority: You don’t need permission to take your life seriously.

  • Radical Responsibility: Stay. That’s the work.

Founder’s Note

Haggai didn’t shame the people.
He called them back into order.

That’s what this season is for me.

I’m clocked in.
Not just to build.

But to rebuild what matters first.
