What if you already have the victory?

But you're missing the audacity to live in your authority.

Time to start stretching for your victory lap.

Yeah this is actually still an identity issue. Which is why we'll continue to take baby steps until we wake up one day and recognize we're sitting in an answered prayer.

Authority is a gift that many are putting on the shelf while simultaneously begging God to shift us.

Since this is a safe space and I stated I'd give the raw moments of Founder moments with God... I found this note from circa Oct 31, 2025 a day of subbing that gave me space to breathe. I'm going to upload the picture but also it's written below for SEO purposes IYKYK.

TL;DR

I already have the victory.
What I’m activating now is the authority to live like it’s true.

Authority doesn’t come from results.
Results follow authority.

I don’t need a sale to prove this season has shifted.
My leadership, obedience, and intimacy with God are the evidence.
Everything else will catch up.

Audacity vs Authority

Ok, before I give you my raw notes let’s have a quick conversation...

Audacity
Definition:
Boldness or willingness to take risks; confident or fearless daring, often without regard for convention or approval.

Audacity answers the question:
Do I have the courage to speak or act?

Authority
Definition:
The power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience; the legitimate or divinely sanctioned right to act.

Authority answers the question:
By what right am I speaking or acting?

The world teaches audacity without understanding authority.

Be louder.
Be bolder.
Be visible.
Be confident.

But confidence without God becomes performance.

And the underlying issue?

So many women have access to real authority
but are afraid to look audacious while using it.

Authority doesn’t need permission to move.

Jesus didn’t ask if He was allowed.
He moved because He knew who sent Him.

We need both:

• Audacity to speak up (the how)

• Authority the power backed by heaven (especially when resistance comes)

One gets you noticed.
The other sustains and delivers the soul.
Our true work.

Now an opening to the raw writings...

Authority.
I've decided to go all in with God. He's given me authority to rewrite my story.

My season of despair is over, I don't need a sale to prove it. My Sales will change by the way I lead. The way I show up is contagious.

The way people feel CLEARR in my presence is only established because of my intimacy with God.

What does this mean? What does this look like practically?

It means both New Saint Co & Worthy of the Build are both growing, both multi-million dollar companies and because of obedience and divine wisdom pours to & through them.

It means each day I sell, I pour, I Lead. I show up & build.

Chosen I will accept this gift & share my gifts with others.

Why UR Community is so important to me?

Because God has put so much in us that it breaks my heart to see a woman shrinking & not using her gifts & talents. Why because I've been her.

Clarity: What do you want?
Legacy: Knowing what you want is the only way to get it.
Execution: Clearing space is a form of obedience.
Authority: You have the authority to design your environment.
Radical Responsibility: Act like you believe.
